3. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

An automated order acknowledgement does not automatically confirm acceptance. Your order is accepted when we confirm it or dispatch the products, whichever occurs first.
We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled according to our Return, Refund and Exchange Policy.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Applicable taxes, delivery charges, Cash on Delivery charges or other charges will be disclosed before your order is confirmed.
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The amount charged will be the amount displayed at checkout and in your order confirmation, subject to the correction of obvious errors.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery dates and timelines are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery delays may occur because of courier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, natural events, governmental action, incorrect delivery information or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will provide available shipping and tracking information after dispatch.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and ensuring that someone is available to receive the parcel.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon confirmed delivery, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Standard return or exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the recorded delivery time shown by the delivery partner.
Return eligibility, product-condition requirements, exclusions, return-shipping responsibilities, inspection procedures and refund timelines are explained in our Return, Refund and Exchange Policy.
The 24-hour request period does not remove any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights relating to damaged, defective, incorrect, misrepresented or otherwise non-conforming products.
Customers must wait for return approval and instructions before shipping a product back to us. Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
